Funding Skyrockets After Obama Hires Its VP Munoz

A Judicial Watch investigation reveals that federal funding for a Mexican La
Raza group that for years has raked in millions of taxpayer dollars has
skyrocketed since one of its top officials got a job in the Obama White House.
The influential and politically-connected National Council of La Raza (NCLR)
has long benefitted from Uncle Sam's largess but the group has made a killing
since Obama hired its senior vice president (Cecilia Muñoz) in 2009 to be his
director of intergovernmental affairs.
Ignored by the mainstream media, Judicial Watch covered the appointment because
the president issued a special "ethics waiver" to bring Muñoz aboard
since it violated his own lobbyist ban. At the pro illegal immigration NCLR,
Muñoz supervised all legislative and advocacy activities on the state and local
levels and she was heavily involved in the congressional immigration battles
that took place in the George W. Bush Administration.
She also brought in a steady flow of government
cash that's allowed the
Washington D.C.-based
group to expand nationwide and promote its
leftist,
open-borders agenda via a network of
community organizations dedicated to
serving
Latinos.Among them are a variety of local groups
that provide social
services, housing counseling
and farm worker assistance as well as
publicly-
funded charter schools that promote radical

This week a JW probe has uncovered details of the
alarming increase in federal
funding that these
NCLR groups have received since Muñoz joined
the Obama
Administration. In fact, the
government cash more than doubled the year
Muñoz
joined the White House, from $4.1 million
to $11 million.
Not surprisingly, a big chunk of the money (60%) came from the Department of
Labor, which is headed by a former California congresswoman (Hilda Solis) with
close ties to the La Raza movement. Since Obama named her Labor Secretary,
Solis has launched a nationwide campaign to protect illegal immigrant workers
in the U.S. Just this week Solis penned declarations with Guatemala and
Nicaragua to preserve the rights of their migrants.
The NCLR also received additional taxpayer dollars from other federal agencies
in 2010, the JW probe found. The Department of Housing and Urban Development
doled out $2.5 million for housing counseling, the Department of Education
contributed nearly $800,000 and the Centers for Disease Control a quarter of a
million.
Additionally, NCLR affiliates nationwide raked in tens of millions of government
grant and recovery dollars last year thanks to the Muñoz factor. An offshoot
called Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) saw its federal funding nearly double to
$18.3 million following Muñoz' appointment.
A social service and legal assistance organization (Ayuda Inc.) that didn't
receive any federal funding between 2005 and 2008 got $600,000 in 2009 and
$548,000 in 2010 from the Department of Justice. The group provides immigration
law services and guarantees confidentiality to assure illegal aliens that they
won't be reported to authorities.

candidates and the media have legitimized "The Race" as a mainstream
ethnic lobbying group and marginalized its critics as intolerant bigots. The
unvarnished truth is that the group is a radical ethnic nationalist outfit that
abuses your tax dollars and milks PC politics to undermine our sovereignty.

are 15 things you should know about "The Race":
15. "The Race" supports driver's licenses
for illegal aliens.
14."The Race" demands in-state tuition discounts
for illegal alien students that are not available to law-abiding U.S. citizens

cooperative immigration enforcement efforts between local, state and federal
authorities.

poisonous subset of ideological satellites, led by Movimiento Estudiantil
Chicano de Aztlan, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan (MEChA). The late GOP
Rep. Charlie Norwood rightly characterized the organization as "a radical
racist group … one of the most anti-American groups in the country, which has
permeated U.S. campuses since the 1960s, and continues its push to carve a
racist nation out of the American West."
4. "The Race" is currently leading a
smear campaign against staunch immigration enforcement leaders and has called
for TV and cable news networks to keep immigration enforcement proponents off
the airwaves -- in addition to pushing for Fairness Doctrine policies to shut
up their foes. The New York Times reported that current "Race"
president Janet Murguia believes "hate speech" should "not be
tolerated, even if such censorship were a violation of First Amendment
rights."
3. "The Race" sponsors militant ethnic
nationalist charter schools subsidized by your public tax dollars (at least $8
million in federal education grants). The schools include Aztlan Academy in
Tucson, Ariz., the Mexicayotl Academy in Nogales, Ariz., Academia Cesar Chavez
Charter School in St. Paul, Minn., and La Academia Semillas del Pueblo in Los
Angeles, whose principal inveighed: "We don't want to drink from a White

nonpartisan because it gets millions of U.S. federal grant dollars, the group’s
president helped lead a Barack Obama pep rally over the weekend during an
annual conference in a California city close to the Mexican border.

The extremist Mexican
group National Council of La Raza clearly endorses Barack Obama, which is why
La Raza President Janet Murguia stood by as Los Angeles’ renowned Chicano mayor
(Antonio Villaraigosa) praised the Illinois senator during the group’s annual
convention in San Diego. A former Hillary Clinton campaign chairman,
Villaraigosa assured the crowd of thousands that Obama is Latinos’ best hope
for reforming the nation’s federal immigration policies.
Villaraigosa took the
opportunity to further pump up Obama, telling the crowd at the so-called
nonpartisan convention that 12 million illegal immigrants can be brought
"out of the shadows and into the light and onto the tax rolls by electing
Barack Obama."
If that’s not an
endorsement, then what is? The Obama pep rally is sure to continue through the
end of the La Raza convention sometime today. Such political endorsements are
prohibited by nonprofits in the United States, especially the ones that benefit
from millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars like this group.
As it is, Americans
should be outraged that their tax dollars are going to an extremist Mexican
group that advocates open borders and organized many of the country’s
disruptive pro illegal immigration marches last year. The National Council of La Raza caters to the radical Chicano movement
that says California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and parts of Colorado and
Texas belong to Aztlan.
The takeover plan is referred to as the
"reconquista" of the Western U.S. and it features ethnic cleansing of
Americans, Europeans, Africans and Asians once the area is taken back and
converted to Aztlan. While this may all sound a bit crazy, this organization is quite
powerful and its leaders regularly attend congressional hearings regarding
immigration.
A few months ago the
group got a $15 million federal earmark to counsel Hispanics about housing in
addition to $1.3 million from the Department of Housing and Urban Development
to conduct “comprehensive” housing counseling for Hispanics, whether they are
in the country legally or not. La Raza also uses U.S. tax dollars to fund
projects like a Southern California elementary school with a curriculum that
specializes in bashing America and promoting the Chicano movement.

1814 and "continues to side with the experts in government and in the
private sector who have studied and found that there is still no shortage of
work-authorized farmworkers, but a shortage of decent jobs and decent
pay." Ms. Munoz said the bill would remove what small protections there
are for farmworkers in current law and lower their wages. She also said LaRaza
opposes the "legalization" provisions of the bill because most
farmworkers would be unable to meet the requirements necessary to receive Green
Cards. Instead, she proposed allowing illegal agriculture workers to become
immediately eligible for permanent legal residency. However, she said LaRaza
could not support S. 1814 even with this immediate legalization. She instead
encouraged Congress to pass "pro-immigrant" legislation this year,
such as an amnesty for illegal aliens in the country before 1986 and restoring
the Section 245(i) program, which allows illegal aliens to remain in the
country and adjust status by paying a $1,000 fee.

because we know there are significant numbers of people living and working and
paying taxes in the United States, raising their families here. They're clearly
needed in our economy. It makes sense to bring them out of the shadows and give
them full access to their rights. It's a longstanding community. It's a sizable
community. It's a community whose employers tell us they want them to be able
to stay permanently. It's really in our best interest to make sure that we
bring them out of the shadows.

supporters have gone farther, challenging the very concept of amnesty and seeking
to legitimize illegal immigration. Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D., Ill.), for
instance, rejects the concept altogether: "Amnesty - there's an
implication that somehow you did something wrong and you need to be
forgiven." Cecilia Munoz of the National Council of La Raza makes the same
point in a more sophisticated fashion; the word "conveys a sense of
forgiving someone for a crime," she says, when in fact, crossing the
border illegally is a civil offense, not a criminal one. A quick look at Title
8, Section 1325 of the U.S. Code shows this to be false: Illegal entry into the
United States is a misdemeanor on the first offense, and a felony afterward.

Klan' menace to White House post
President-elect Barack
Obama selected Detroit-native Cecilia Muñoz as the White House director of
intergovernmental affairs, the Obama transition office announced Wednesday. --
Muñoz... is currently a senior vice president at the National Council of La
Raza, where she supervises legislative and advocacy work...
President Donald Trump’s deputies released a draft regulation which will shut the 2015 Flores catch-and-release loophole, and largely end the migration of unskilled Central American laborers into the United States.
The regulation will help Trump fulfill his campaign promise to block illegal migration because it will allow officials to quietly detain migrant families together while judges assess their legal claims.
Few migrants can win their immigration or asylum claims, so the no-release process will likely deter many poor migrants — such as Guatemalan David Xol — from paying smugglers to help them seek jobs in the United States.
The 2015 Flores catch-and-release loophole allows migrants who bring their children to be released into the United States after just 20 days in detention. For example, the Texas Tribune reported that:
Xol said he brought [his seven-year-old child] Byron with him on the advice of a local smuggler, who told him that parents with children have an easier time getting into the country than adults traveling solo.
Once the Flores-replacement regulation is finalized and published in several months, it will be hammered by lawsuits and progressive judges. The rule will then be approved or rejected by the Supreme Court — unless a pro-migration Democratic President withdraws the rule in early 2021.
Elite pro-migration lawyers and wealthy progressives immediately promised to block the regulation, even though it would help nudge up Americans’ wages by reducing the labor inflow, and also reduce crowding in public schools by reducing the intake of foreign children and gang members. In 2017, for example, officials were forced to provide 400,000 work permits to unskilled migrants who were allowed into the country to claim asylum by President Barack Obama.
Progressives are portraying the new regulation as a plan to hold “immigrant children” in indefinite detention. For example, the Human Rights First group:
condemned the Trump Administration’s attempt to terminate the Flores Settlement Agreement, which limits the government’s ability to indefinitely incarcerate immigrant children and requires licensing by state child protection authorities of facilities that hold them. The organization notes that today’s proposed regulations are an attempt to strip legal protections from families and children seeking refuge in the United States.
Trump administration to circumvent court limits on detention of child migrants
The public is being invited to send their comments on the draft rules, during the next 60 days, to a federal website, ICE.Regulations@ice.dhs.gov.
The draft regulation was developed under Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who is rolling out a wide series of management reforms to rebuild control of the border. Sessions is proceeding carefully because he expects legal challenges.
Congress could impose much faster changes, but pro-migrant Democrats and business-first Republicans have blocked pro-Americans reforms. For example, they voted in February to block Trump’s Four Pillars immigration reforms.
Homeland defense Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said:
Today, legal loopholes significantly hinder the Department’s ability to appropriately detain and promptly remove family units that have no legal basis to remain in the country. This rule addresses one of the primary pull factors for illegal immigration and allows the federal government to enforce immigration laws as passed by Congress.
The rule would adopt in regulations provisions that parallel the relevant and substantive terms of the FSA [Flores Settlement Agreement], consistent with the HSA [Homeland Security Act of 2002] and TVPRA [William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008], with some modifications discussed further below to reflect intervening statutory and operational changes while still providing similar substantive protections and standards. It therefore would terminate the FSA. The rule would satisfy the basic purpose of the FSA in ensuring that all juveniles in the government’s custody are treated with dignity, respect, and special concern for their particular vulnerability as minors, while doing so in a manner that is workable in light of subsequent changes.
The long draft carefully picks its way through the tangle of laws, court decisions, and existing regulations to close up the loophole, step-by-step.
For example, the regulation says that the quality of federal family detention centers will be overseen by federal inspectors, not state inspectors, as required by the Flores decree, which was established by Judge Dolly Gee in 1997 and expanded in 2015. That switch from state to federal inspectors is vital because no state has created an agency to oversee family detention centers, so preventing the federal agencies from funding non-government family detention centers.
“The rule here would eliminate that barrier to the continued use of FRCs [family residential centers], by creating an alternative federal licensing scheme for such facilities,” said the regulation.
The new regulations will also only allow government officials to release young migrants to either parents or legal guardians. This rule enforces Congress’ law and ends an Obama-era practice of allowing officials to deliver smuggled children to people who say they are relatives of the migrants. Under rules set by Obama, and continuing under Trump, officials do not check if the recipients of the children are illegal immigrants.
The new post-Flores regulations complement Sessions’ reforms of asylum rules and his upgrade to immigration courts.
Sessions’ work is already producing a massive rise in the number of migrants who are facing deportation orders:
Sessions is also forcing down the number and percentage of migrants who are defeating deportation enforcement. For example, this chart from a non-profit at Syracuse University shows how Sessions has halved the rate at which migrants win deportation cases, from roughly 56 percent in 2017 down to roughly 28 percent in 2o18.
41,000 Unaccompanied Children Apprehended at Border in Recent Months
Hudson noted that there is a backlog of more than 700,000 cases on UACs and that it can take “years” for the cases to work their way through the system.
Moreover, when children are placed in communities around the U.S., the government can lose track of them, and this can put them at risk.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions is reversing the closed-door “administrative closure” amnesty for 350,000 migrants which was quietly created by officials working for former President Barack Obama.
The huge amnesty was carried out by Obama’s judges in the immigration courts who told roughly 350,000 migrants that their case files were being placed in storage facilities instead of being used in trials to send them home.
But Sessions has ordered that the files be pulled from storage and sent back into the immigration courts, alarming immigration lawyers, and progressives.
The Sessions reversal was shown in a chart released by the Executive Office which reveals that 1,077 cases were revived by the Department of Homeland Security in July 2018, up from roughly 755 cases per month since October 2017.
Overall, the number of cases being set back to the courts is on track to reach almost 10,000 in 2017, up from 8,397 in Trump’s first year, and 4,847 in Obama’s final year.
“It is significant,” said Andrew Arthur, a former immigration judge who now works with the Center for Immigration Studies. “They are recalendering cases [because] the Attorney General said they did not have the authority to close cases,” he said.
The calendaring has to take place in stages, likely with dangerous migrants first, he said. “Basically, what they are focusing on is criminals first, cases in which immigration [agencies] have attempted in the past to get the recalendered,” he said.
Pro-migration groups will complain and sue about Sessions’ policy, but Sessions’ authority is decisive, Arthur said.
The migration industry is denouncing the amnesty reversal as an intrusion on the rights and authority of immigration judges. According to Jason Boyd, a policy advocate at the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In an op-ed for TheHill.com, he wrote:
The Trump administration has persistently devised ways to compromise the independence of immigration judges and prevent them from reaching fair, impartial decisions.

Among various benefits, that [administrative closure] practice enabled judges to pause certain cases — so that, for example, immigrants could pursue legal status outside of the court system — and prioritize others. Altogether, administrative closure proved a vital procedural tool for preserving due process and enhancing docket efficiency.
AILA wants the immigration courts to be taken away from Sessions’ Department of Justice, and instead be combined with the independent courts, under the Supreme Court and its array of progressive lobbyists in the universities and the pro-migration lobby groups.
The huge administrative-closure amnesty is just one of several means that Obama and his deputies used to encourage cheap-labor migration into the United States.
For example, Obama offered a legal blind-eye and work permits to roughly 800,000 younger illegals in his 2012 DACA amnesty, plus similar support in 2014 “DAPA” amnesty for roughly 3.5 million illegal immigrants who have children in the United States. The DAPA measure was struck down by a Texas court in 2015, and the DACA measure likely will be ended in 2019.
Obama’s aides changed immigration rules to provide “catch-and-release” to hundreds of thousands of Central American migrants from 2010 onwards. For example, his deputies choose to treat 200,000 youths and children who were being imported by their parents as “Unaccompanied Alien Children” instead of illegal migrants, and they offered quick asylum to migrants who said they were being abused by husbands or criminal gangs. Those decisions added at least 300,000 asylum-seekers to the courts, plus at least 400,000 cheap-labor workers to the labor pool. The inflow of those migrants is now dropping because of immigration reforms pushed through by Sessions.
Obama bumped up refugee inflows to a target of 110,000 in 2017. The refugee inflow is dropping to roughly 21,000 in 2018, and fewer in 2019.
Obama’s deputies minimized enforcement of immigration laws against resident illegal aliens and minimized worksite enforcement of laws against jobs going to illegal immigrants. “The number of ICE deportations from the interior dropped more than 70 percent since the peak in 2009, from about 236,000 to 65,000 in 2016, and is the lowest number of deportations in 10 years,” according to the Center for Immigration Studies:
Under Trump, worksite-enforcement and deportations are rising, with raids in Tennesse, Nebraska, Minnesota and other sites.
Obama’s officials also allowed a massive backup in employers’ applications for green cards. The result of the backup is that roughly 300,000 college-graduate visa-workers from India, China, and the Philippines are allowed to work in white-collar jobs even though their initial work-permits have expired, and even though they are unlikely to get green cards for several years.

Their high-profile positions cover them while deceiving the American people - with their carefully crafted narratives designed to tug on the heartstrings of millions of trusting people. But Americans are coming to understand how they have been lied to and manipulated.
This realization explains why Donald Trump is now President Trump.
However, die-hard globalist politicians, Democrats, in particular, refuse to acknowledge that President Trump won the election and they deny that he won by promising the American people secure borders and national sovereignty were behind his victory.
Rather than listening to American citizens to meet their demands and expectations about immigration, these globalists have publicly descended into madness, concocting a "Russian collusion" narrative to de-legitimize the election. What's worse, these globalists demonize supporters of any commonsense immigration law enforcement.
The Democrats have now even openly invited attacks on American voters who want secure borders and ICE enforcement of fair immigration law.
Now, “leaders” of the Democratic Party are demanding the dismantling of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) altogether, launching vicious and vitriolic attacks on ICE agents equating them and their work with Nazi Storm Troopers and terrorists. These public attacks imperil their safety and compromise the agents' ability to carry out their lawful duties. This has severe implications for national security and public safety in every American community - not merely in towns situated on the border.
ICE also conducts work-site investigations to uncover crooked employers who hire illegal aliens. Democrats decry these needed field operations, but they know damned well that the criminal exploitation of foreign workers is anything but compassionate or helpful to American or lawful immigrant workers.
These field investigations punish unscrupulous employers in the same way that the IRS investigates businesses that defraud the federal government.
ICE’s goal is to detect and hold accountable employers who defraud their workers. The operations also deter other violations of commonsense immigration laws that protect Americans’ jobs, wages and working conditions.
Arresting illegal alien employees frees up the jobs that they essentially stole from lawful immigrant and U.S. citizen workers.
Cuomo and his cohorts adamantly oppose such field investigation that protects national security and public safety and combat exploitation of vulnerable foreign workers while helping struggling Americans.
The outrageous accusation that ICE agents arrest “Law-abiding immigrants” creates the false narrative that ICE agents are acting illegally. Only law-breakers get arrested. Those who are “law-abiding” should have nothing to fear.
These dishonest politicians promise to “protect immigrants from ICE.” Lawful immigrants do not need any protection from ICE. The only aliens who should be fearful of immigration law enforcement are those aliens who violate our laws.
This is true for all law violators. Legitimate customers of a bank do not need to fear the NYPD, but bank robbers most certainly should be afraid- very afraid.
Immigration anarchist refers to illegal aliens as undocumented immigrants. By their reasoning bank, robbers should, perhaps, be referred to customers making “undocumented withdrawals!”
Illegal aliens are illegal because they either entered the United States without inspection or by committing visa fraud and the fraud was subsequently discovered. Alternatively, they may have violated the terms of their admission after being lawfully admitted. For temporary visitors (nonimmigrant aliens) immigration status violations subject them to deportation (removal).
Lawful immigrants and non-immigrant aliens all become subject to deportation if they commit serious crimes.
In each instance, these aliens violate our immigration laws, some of which are serious felonies such as the crime of Reentry After Deportation (8 U.S. Code § 1326).
This is most certainly does not qualify them to be described as “law abiding.”
Our immigration laws have nothing to do with race, religion or ethnicity.Title 8, United States Code, Section 1182 enumerates the categories of aliens who are to be excluded. Among these classes of aliens who are to be prevented from entering the United States are aliens who suffer from dangerous communicable diseases or extreme mental illness, are criminals, spies, terrorists or would otherwise endanger national security or public safety or take the jobs of Americans.
Among those spewing these lies are the “leaders” of the Democratic Party such as Nancy Pelosi, New York City’s mayor Bill de Blasio and New York State’s governor Andrew Cuomo who refers to ICE raids as “reckless” and is suing the Federal government to prevent ICE agents from carrying out their duties by making arrests in state buildings such as courthouses.
On April 25, 2018 the New York Daily News reported, Gov. Cuomo says ICE is 'violating the law' after recent raids by federal agents.
Here is an excerpt from that report:
Cuomo in his letter said ICE agents also have gone to homes on Staten Island seeking one person but arresting others when that individual was not there.
Because they are in plainclothes, Cuomo said, many in the community believe them to be local law enforcement, with whom they are now afraid to deal.
Cuomo said he was assembling a "statewide" network of "rapid response teams," including "legal counsel," who could be quickly dispatched in a crisis situation.
"We should be able to get legal counsel there as quickly as possible," he said.
Cuomo has since threatened that he would conduct investigations into ICE and seek, when possible, to criminally prosecute ICE agents.
He is now spending New York State’s money on the obstruction of immigration law enforcement activities while demanding that the federal government provide money for law enforcement and counter-terrorism efforts.
When I was an INS agent, my colleagues and I frequently arrested illegal aliens in courthouses. This is one of the safest places to make such arrests because all individuals who enter the courthouse are searched for weapons. Many criminals, including criminal aliens, routinely carry weapons.
It is far safer for all concerned - the alien, the agents and the general public - for these individuals to be unarmed when taken into custody. Under the best circumstances, arrests are made without incident. Courthouses provide the ideal environment for such incident-free arrests.
In fact, the latter report included this important paragraph:
Thus, abuse of the immigration system and a lack of interior immigration enforcement were unwittingly working together to support terrorist activity. It would remain largely unknown, since no agency of the United States government analyzed terrorist travel patterns until after 9/11. This lack of attention meant that critical opportunities to disrupt terrorist travel and, therefore, deadly terrorist operations were missed.
Most alien terrorists who have been arrested in the United States had no criminal histories but had violated our immigration laws either by their methods of entry into the United States and by violating immigration laws after entering the United States.
This is precisely how sleeper agents operate, seeking to keep the lowest possible profile until the day that they are called into action.
Laws are only significant when enforced. Enforcement requires that those who violate the laws face adverse consequences for their actions to punish those who violate the laws and to deter others who might contemplate violating those laws.
The control of the language of the immigration debate has made honest discussions impossible. Many refer to this alteration of language as being a matter of “Political Correctness” when nothing could be further from the truth. The concept of political correctness (PC) was to not use language that insults or denigrates people. This is not unreasonable.
This tactic was first applied in the immigration debate by Jimmy Carter: Originator of the Orwellian term "Undocumented Immigrant" when, under his “leadership,” INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) employees were mandated to substitute the term “undocumented immigrant” in place of the legally and factually accurate term “illegal alien.”
Over time all foreigners in the United States have come to be referred to as “Immigrants,” no matter how they entered the United States, not how many crimes they may have committed.
Consequently, today when anyone now so much as suggests that alien criminals or terrorists be denied entry into the United States, or be deported (removed) from the United States the journalists take out their smoking hot branding irons and label that advocate for fair but effective enforcement of our immigration laws “Anti-Immigrant.” These are the same individuals who decry bullying tactics yet are the ones who most frequently resort to that disgusting and un-American strategy.
People who are convicted of crimes are frequently imprisoned to punish them and consequently to deter others from committing similar crimes. People are also sentenced to imprisonment to take them off the street so that they can no longer pose a threat to the safety and lives of others.
Why then is it unpardonable that when aliens pose a threat to public safety that they not be removed from our country to protect potential future victims?
National security and public safety and the lives and livelihoods of Americans and lawful immigrants are secondary to the goals of anarchist politicians who oppose the effective but fair enforcement of our nation’s immigration laws. Those goals are all about their campaign contributions and their desire to maintain political power at any and all costs.
Those costs too high and Americans, and lawful immigrants pay those costs every day.
This betrayal of America and Americans by the immigration anarchists must be stopped.

Previously Deported Illegal Alien Accused of Raping Minor at Least 20 Times
A previously deported illegal alien is accused of forcing sex with an underage teenage girl at least 20 times in Polk County, Florida.
Jesus Ramirez-Velasco, a 31-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested and charged with 20 counts of sexual battery after the 16-year-old daughter of his girlfriend says he had sex with her at least 20 times, according to The Ledger.
Ramirez-Velasco allegedly started having sex with the teenager in December of 2017. Police say their investigation revealed that the illegal alien has had sex with the teen at least 20 times since then.
The victim told police that Ramirez-Velasco threatened to hurt her mom if she did not have sex with him. The illegal alien told police he knew he was breaking the law, but blamed the victim and claimed she asked him for sex.
“A crime such as this against a child is heinous,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said in a statement. “To blame the victim for his behavior is appalling.”
Ramirez-Velasco was first deported out of the United States in 2008 by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. Sometime after being deported, Ramirez-Velasco re-entered the country illegally through the U.S.-Mexico border.
Polk County officials have notified ICE of Ramirez-Velasco’s arrest and charges. ICE now has a hold on the illegal alien so that should he be released, he will be taken into federal immigration custody and likely prosecuted and deported for the second time.

The media had a good run in the past few days, piously painting ICE as heartless again for detaining an illegal on the way to the hospital for the sake of his pregnant wife, in what it thought would be a re-run of its separation-of-children spectacular. Just listen to this CBS report and feel free to gross out.
ICE came out and said the man was wanted on a murder warrant after the first weepy headlines. Then that rather concrete official declaration drew skepticism from the press, which cited the wan statements about not knowing anything about no warrant from the man's lawyer, often in its headlines, as its authority. Now we have the total collapse of the press narrative with the appearance of the Mexican warrant, and here is the real story, as reported by the Los Angeles Times:
An immigrant in the U.S. illegally who was detained by federal officers in San Bernardino last week while heading to the hospital with his pregnant wife is one of three men listed in an arrest warrant for a 2006 murder in Mexico.
Joel Arrona-Lara is wanted in connection with the killing of Miguel Ángel Morales Rodríguez, alias “El Garcia,” according to the arrest warrant, which was provided by a law enforcement official who is not authorized to speak publicly about the case.
Well, scratch that: Mexico has produced the murder warrant the ICE agents picked up Joel Arrona-Lara for, and it turns out he is accused of stomping a man known as "El Garcia" to death, along with two confederates named "El Chiko" and "El Rigo," in what sounds like gang activity.
Like someone like that running around on your streets? Does someone like that sound like he belongs here? It's so bad even the Mexicans are after him, because he's obviously a menace to society.
What's more, the warrant says the man's wife was involved, too. If that's the same woman who sobbed for the cameras about being pregnant and driving herself to the hospital for her scheduled C-section (likely at public expense), then it looks like two arrests were actually in order. It's possible they let her off because she was obviously pregnant. It's also possible that, given this thug's morals, he had more than one "wife."
As for the sobbing woman, her husband's lawyer says she's also in the country illegally, and it's rather notable that she speaks no English for the cameras, signalling she's someone who's been here awhile yet isn't here to be American.
What we have here is the real face of illegal immigration. Not valedictorians and overachievers, but the kind of people President Trump took his poll lead (and was excoriated in the press) for describing:
"When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're not sending you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people."
This charmer fits the description to a tee. Yet the press was so willing to take up his case as their latest sob story, the one they keep flinging at us to tell us we are bad people for wanting immigration law to mean what it says. That very attitude is what enables a guy like Arrona-Lara to skip off scot-free from a Mexican murder warrant and live the welfare life over in the U.S. as the left cheers.

Illegal Alien Arrested by ICE, Wanted for Murder in Mexico, Has Five Anchor Babies with Illegal Alien Wife
An illegal alien living in the United States who was recently arrested by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and is wanted in Mexico on homicide charges has five U.S.-born children that have been rewarded with birthright citizenship.
Joel Arrona-Lara, an illegal alien from Mexico, made national headlines this week when he was arrested by ICE agents while driving his pregnant wife to the hospital. The establishment media immediately portrayed Arrona-Lara as a victim of President Trump’s increased immigration enforcement, but soon after ICE revealed that the illegal alien is wanted in Mexico for murder.
In a statement to Breitbart News, ICE officials said Arrona-Lara was originally brought to their attention after he was charged with homicide in Mexico.
The illegal alien has been living in the U.S. illegally with his illegal alien wife Maria del Carmen Venegas for 12 years, the San Bernardino Sunreveals. The couple has five children who were all born in the U.S., and thus have been rewarded with birthright citizenship despite their parents not having come to the country legally.
These children are commonly known as “anchor babies,” as they are able to eventually bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. through the process known as “chain migration.” Every two new immigrants to the U.S. brings an estimated seven foreign relatives with them.
There are at least 4.5 million anchor babies in the U.S. under the age of 18-years-old, according to the Congressional Budget Office. This estimate does not include the potentially millions of anchor babies who are older than 18-years-old, nor does it include the anchor babies who are living overseas with their deported foreign parents.
Proponents of birthright citizenship often claim the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution requires the policy. The Supreme Court, however, has never explicitly ruled that the children of illegal aliens must be granted automatic citizenship and many legal scholars dispute the idea.

ICE Arrests Man Driving Pregnant Wife to Deliver; Wanted in Mexico on Homicide Charges
An illegal alien who was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in San Bernardino, California, on Wednesday as he was driving his pregnant wife to the hospital to deliver a baby reportedly turned out to be wanted on homicide charges in Mexico.
The arrest of Joel Arrona-Lara stirred outrage, especially after an emotional report by CBS Los Angeles on Friday simply covered the arrest itself, and the reaction of bewildered mother Maria del Carmen Venegas, before receiving an explanation from ICE as to why it occurred.
However, ICE subsequently released a statement Saturday indicating that the man was wanted on homicide charges, according to the Los Angeles Times.
CBS Los Angeles produced an updated report including the homicide charges. It also included a Friday statement from ICE that did not mention the homicide charges, and a statement by Arrona-Lara’s lawyer, Emilio Amaya García, that declared the charges “unconfirmed.”
The lawyer also told the Washington Post “his client was not suspected of crimes within the United States, and denies criminal charges in Mexico. The lawyer also “questioned why Arrona-Lara is slated for removal but not extradition, where a more formal handoff to authorities would be made,” according to the Post.
Veneers then drove herself to the hospital after her husband was detained. “They put the well-being and safety of the mother and baby at risk,” García told the Post. She had a scheduled cesarean section.
Holding her newborn baby boy, Venegas, a mother of five, told CBS Los Angeles that her husband had never been in trouble with the law.

This is not the Mollie Tibbets story. But it does show the ubiquity of illegal alien crime. Especially the murder of women.
On Tuesday evening, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced it placed an immigration detainer with the Scott County Jail on Fraider Diaz-Carbajal, "an illegal alien from Mexico, for suspected immigration violations following his local arrest for second-degree murder."
According to ICE, Diaz-Carbajal has a criminal history that includes "numerous misdemeanor convictions, including three DUIs and one for domestic assault. On Dec. 17, 2012, a federal immigration judge ordered Diaz-Carbajal removed (deported) to Mexico; ICE officers removed him two days later. Since then he illegally re-entered the United States, which is a felony. He remains in local custody pending adjudication of his criminal charges."
Fraider Diaz-Carbajal is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 27-year-old Enedelia Perez Garcia.
Shortly after 4 p.m. on Aug. 12, officers were called to an apartment on the 1200 block of Taylor Street on a report of an assault. According to the criminal complaint, when officers arrived, they found Diaz-Carbajal lying face down on top of the victim. The victim was sitting on the floor with her back against the wall and did not appear to be breathing. The suspect was laying on her with his head resting on her stomach and chest. Officers observed a lot of blood around the pair and in the area, as well as a large knife covered in blood next to the suspect.
Garcia had blood around her neck and multiple stab wounds all over her body. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner confirmed she died of multiple sharp force injuries.

U.S., Canadian Businessmen Murdered by Mexican Cartel Gunmen in Mall
Mexican authorities are investigating why a team of at least 10 cartel gunmen murdered U.S. and Canadian businessmen at a popular shopping center in Jalisco.
The attack took place in the main financial district of Guadalajara, Jalisco, outside of the Punta Sao Paulo shopping center when a team of 10 gunmen riding in three SUVs pulled up and opened fire. Roughly 142 shots were fired at victims before the attackers left the scene unchallenged, information released by the Jalisco government revealed last week.
The Canadian businessman, Bugge Giuseppe Benny, died at the scene. U.S. citizen Alfredo Mayorga Gudiño was rushed to a private hospital where he later died. A mall security guard and an innocent bystander were also hit by stray gunfire. A woman with the two businessmen was unscathed and later detained for her potential connection with the shooting.
Mexican federal law enforcement sources revealed to Breitbart Texas the two foreign businessmen were “set-up” and killed as they were leaving a meeting. Authorities continue to look for another man at the meeting and remains at large. One of the sources revealed investigators are looking into the frequent trips the pair had between Jalisco and Quintana Roo, home to Cancún. The two areas are known for a strong presence of Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG), the criminal organization that maintains control over Jalisco.
The law enforcement source revealed the two murder victims are believed tied to money laundering activities and were potentially targeted due to a betrayal within the criminal organization or a move by a rival cartel.

GRAPHIC: Top Cartel Boss Escapes as Bodyguards Fight off Mexican Military
An apparent chance encounter between the Mexican military and the security detail of the leader of one of the country’s most dangerous cartels was met with extreme violence. While both sides clashed, the leader escaped. The clash comes soon after authorities increased the reward being offered for his capture.
The gunbattle took place this week in the town of San Julian, Jalisco, near the border with the state of Guanajuato. State police forces responded to an anonymous call of several individuals carrying firearms. When police officers arrived at the scene they were overwhelmed with firepower and called for backup from local military units stationed in the area. According to information provided to Breitbart Texas by law enforcement sources, the gunmen were the personal bodyguards of Ruben Nemesio “El Mencho” Oseguera Cervantes, the top leader of Mexico’s Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG).
Upon encountering the military forces, the CJNG gunmen began to fight the soldiers enabling their leader was able to escape. During the gun battle, the gunmen deployed .50 caliber machine guns, grenade launchers, and other pieces of artillery they had mounted on vehicles. The two sides fought for almost an hour until the gunmen escaped.
The Mexican military mobilized additional troops to take on the gunmen and try to capture their leader. The fighting killed two gunmen and injured two other gunmen and a Mexican soldier. The soldier was reportedly injured in a blast.
After the shootout, Mexican authorities carried out a massive search in an attempt to locate El Mencho. Authorities deployed half a dozen military and police helicopters carrying special forces teams that went to numerous houses attempting to capture the wanted cartel boss. The operation was not successful.
As head of CJNG, El Mencho has been tied to several deadly ambushes targeting law enforcement. These include one where his gunmen killed 15 Mexican federal police officers. His gunmen have also shot down a military helicopter and have been linked to numerous shootouts throughout Mexico.
